3. Is treatment covered under my private insurance?
Wesley Gresham is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and reserves the rights and privileges of a registered massage therapist (RMT). Treatments provided by a registered massage therapist are recognized by Ontario insurance companies. That being said, private insurance plans vary. It is up to the client to determine whether their insurance company requires a Doctor's prescription before services are reimbursed.
It is recommended that all clients speak with their insurance company prior to treatment to determine their requirements and overall coverage.
4. Do you perform direct billing to insurance companies?
Yes! Currently OV Mobile Massage offers direct billing to many insurance companies. Please Contact/Book Appointment to inquire if your insurance company is currently available for direct billing through OV Mobile Massage. Just a reminder, double check your private health insurance to ensure that direct billing is available with your individual policy. Please note, not all policies allow for direct billing.
To simplify processing with direct billing, Cash/Cheque or Interac™ e-Transfer will be utilized to pay any outstanding balance not covered by individual insurance plans. Paypal™will be unavailable for direct billing.
5. What methods of payment do you accept? Do you accept debit or credit cards?

6. Do you treat persons who have had a motor vehicle accident?
Persons who have had a motor vehicle accident may benefit from mobile massage services. However, Wesley Gresham, RMT does not have an HCAI number and will not submit treatment plans directly to automobile insurance companies. Persons who have had a motor vehicle accident are welcome to use their private insurance benefits or pay out-of-pocket for services rendered.
In some circumstances, persons involved in a motor vehicle accident may be able to submit receipts to their auto insurance provider for pre-approved services within the minor injury guideline (subject to the policies of the auto insurance provider and not guaranteed). Please contact your claim's adjuster with your claim number for more information on how to access your massage benefits and to discuss whether this option is available to you. With this option, payment for services is collected by OV Mobile Massage and a receipt is provided to submit directly to your auto insurance provider, similar to using private insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the client to contact their auto insurance provider regarding access to individual injury benefits.
There will be no exceptions to the above policy.
7. When will my therapist arrive?
Your therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time for set-up. Set-up is not part of your treatment time and you will not be charged for it. Your therapist will also need 10-15 minutes after your appointment to clean-up. When scheduling an appointment, please account for the set-up and clean-up time requirements.
Please ensure a clear space is available so that no extra time is needed that could potentially interfere with the allotted treatment time.
8. What health issues or injuries can Wesley Gresham, RMT help with?

9. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will result in a charge of the full fee for massage therapy services scheduled. This fee will be invoiced to your account via PayPal™. Please note that insurance companies do not cover missed/cancelled appointment fees under any circumstances. Cancelled appointments within 24 hours do not allow Wesley Gresham, RMT to fill the appointment spot within a reasonable time, resulting in a loss of income.
Cancellation policies are standard and needed to protect health care professionals. Imagine a colleague cancelling a business meeting last minute and your employer refusing to compensate you for that hour within your work day!
10. My address is outside of the locations serviced by OV Mobile Massage. Can I still be treated?
For addresses outside of the detailed geographical boundary, an extra travel charge may be incurred by the client at the discretion of Wesley Gresham, RMT (non-insurable). This will be agreed upon prior to treatment and outlined in the client's receipt. The distance travelled from Wesley Gresham's home office is used to finalize the geographical boundaries suggested by the maps detailed in Locations Served, so be sure to contact Wesley if you are unsure!
Travel fees can also be waved if multiple appointments are booked.
